The insider’s tip amongst natural toboggan tracks and a speciality time and time again! Rural specialities are served in an actual rustic hut. Musical accompaniment with musicians for the right mood and a lively atmosphere is always at hand.

Natural Toboggan Track – Knappenstadl in Lofer
A lit up natural toboggan track of 1.5 km guaranteed fun awaits you here! A speciality at the Knappenstadl is the feeding of wild animals in winter. Here you can observe stag and deer being fed, an experience that one can only watch at on TV!
The toboggan track can be used from about 10 am and as long as the Knappenstadl is open.

You can rent toboggans on location. Larger groups should book 2-3 days in advance. The rental price of a toboggan is approx. Euro 2.50.

Drive to the Knappenstadl Lofer:
At the traffic circle in Lofer (Salzburg – Tyrol – Zell am See) after 100m towards Zell am See, then turn left towards the district of Scheffsnoth, after approx 3 km you will go uphill. The street is well signposted.

Taxi / Transfer to Knappenstadl Lofer:
Pick-up and return transfer available on location. A call is enough
