Ski Resort Heutal Unken
The ski resort of Heutal-Wildalm is situated at an elevation of between 1000 and 1600 meters. It offers magnificent winter sport possibilities in the alpine and cross-country skiing sectors. Whilst the ski slopes are very family-friendly, they offer 50km of tracked slopes for cross-country skiing for everyone. The tracks lead through the Heutal plateau, up to the Wildalm or Moalock – across the neighbouring Winkelmoss Alp and further towards the Steinplatte.

Snowing machines till the Valley Station!
The snowing machines are predominantly used for the "basic snowing” and are absolutely environment-friendly. Ski ridges or slope crawlers prevent damages to the turf due to the “artificial snow”. Additionally the snow isolation of the ground against frost has a positive effect on grass growth and the alp economy in summer. Damaging residue does not remain because the snow is created only from water and air!
