The whole valley is connected with bike paths, even further beyond like, for example, the Tauernradweg. Cycle back and forth between the communities of Lofer, St. Martin bei Lofer, Unken and Weißbach bei Lofer. Go on an exploration tour with the bike.
If you want to complete real sportive challenges and would like to really train, then you will find a mountain bike network that is 480 km long. Forest paths and small trails crisscross over the pastures or across the mountain ranges. The Heutal of Unken is a pearl for mountain bikers.
