If at any time it becomes too hot, you can hike in the cool Salzburg forests. If you would like an arduous climb to the summit, then come to cool off at the Lofer Steinbergbad or the Unkener Alpenbad afterwards. It’s obviously free with the summer card.

Hike through the Lofer Alp; experience the first opening buds in spring and the beginning of new life. Hike through the Lofer Alp when autumn heralds winter and the leaves start to fall.
