Arrival Lofer

This is how you reach the Salzburg Saalachtal:

via Car:
From Munich take toll-free Autobahn A8 - Salzburg - Exit Siegsdorf/Traunstein continue on the Deutsche  Alpenstraße. At Schneizelreuth turn right towards Lofer, Unken, St. Martin and Weissbach and cross the border via the Steinpass.
From Wien Westautobahn A1 Wien - Salzburg, Exit Wals/Lofer, continue via the Bundesstraße 1 and 312 towards Unken, Lofer, St. Martin and Weißbach bei Lofer.

via Train:
Salzburg train station is 45 km away from Lofer. Nearly all the landlords in the Salzburger Saalachtal are able to  pick you up at the station! There are also taxis and regular busses.

via Plane:
Salzburg W. A. Mozart Airport lies 40 km away from Lofer. Nearly all the landlords in the Salzburger Saalachtal are able to pick you up at the airport! There are also taxis and regular busses.
